- For a quick pick-me-up, try keeping a light cologne in the fridge for a refreshing spritz.
- When traveling, keep a jump rope in your suitcase for an “anywhere” cardio workout.
- Wear clothes that fit. They will make you look thinner than baggy clothes even if you have a few extra pounds.
- Don’t forget your hands when applying your daily sunscreen. Hands can show your age.
