I’ve been making a point of eating lots of fruits and veggies to try to fill up so I won’t have as much room for all that “holiday” food. This is a festive time of year, but also a stressful time because the temptations are everywhere. I attended not one, but two Christmas celebrations yesterday where the food was abundant and my willpower wasn’t! That just means I’m going to have to do some extra working out today and concentrate on a healthy, low-fat, calorie-restricted diet today. Aging Backwards tip: don’t let holiday eating get out of hand. A few days of leniency is fine, but I make it a point to get right back into my regular healthy routine. Happy holidays!
